Selection criteria :
- ICAP CA students : MFC Batch 15 and onwards is eligible to apply. As a minimum candidates should have completed upto Module C. Candidates who have completed their CA Intermediate will be given preference over others
- ACCA students : ACCA Qualified
On an overall basis, the number of short-listed applicants to be inducted will be based on the hiring needs of Anjum Asim Shahid Rahman offices.
Recruitment process:
- Apply for audit trainee online @ www.gtpak.com\careers
- Application Form reviewed by recruiting team and given a Preference Grade depending on soundness of education record, skills & abilities and interests & extracurricular activities
- Application Form short-listed/rejected depending on Preference Grade
- Short-listed candidates called for induction test (which normally consists of four sections namely, language skills (vocabulary and grammar), mathematical ability, technical competence and IQ). Short listed candidates intimated about test details via email.
- The top test scorers (upto a maximum of the number of audit trainees required) are called for a first interview. A first interview is conducted by an HR Representative and an Assurance Services Manager
- Candidates who manage to clear the induction test and the first interview are called for the second and final interview. The final interview is held with the Partner heading our Assurance Services division
- Candidates successful in the second interview are given joining dates by HR Department
